It's amazing how the current administration seems complacent in allowing Wikileaks to post their 400,000 military documents online.
Constitutionally, there is an extremely strict test for actually prohibiting the publication of such documents -- the "Pentagon Papers" case, decided by the Supreme Court, held that only documents which could put the troops in danger, such as troop movements, could be restrained.
Of course, it's illegal to post such classified information. At the same time, Wikileaks most likely CAN post the information, but suffer the consequences of doing so.
What's bothersome to me is that the OBAMA! Administration is not seeking an injunction to at least TEMPORARILY block the posting of the docs in order to review these documents prior to their publication. That tells me that the White House sees political gain from these documents -- which puts our troops in danger.
Disgusting, but not surprising.
